How do you create a Rare Tagz product?
All of our products are printed and made by hand at the time of purchase since we do not have a warehouse or inventory. We use vinyl and a heat transfer process for most of our designs which our team creates, prints, and packages all in house.  Aren't they just fab?!

How do the shirts fit?
Our adult sizes range from XS - 4XL.  Please see our size charts for more details and suggestions for fit.  We offer unisex/men tees and ladies fitted tees. 

Our Rare Tagz Kid sizes range from NB - YXL.  All kid tees and onesies are unisex.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to produce and ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 5-10 business days for production and shipping time.  Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at raretagz@gmail.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if it doesn't fit? Can I exchange it?
Effective September 1, 2020, since each order is made on demand at the time of purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to review our size charts before ordering or reach out to us if you have any questions.  Keep in mind our adult unisex sizes usually runs a size larger than your normal woman size.

What if I received a defective item?
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it with the same item in the same size.  To be eligible for an exchange, please return your item unused and in the same condition received within 14 days of purchase. Please include a name and an order number on the returned parcels.

Can I cancel/modify my order?
If you have any issues with your order, please contact us.  We will try our best to accommodate your needs.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at raretagz@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
